Step 1
After mitigation Eric comes and does a full take off to prepare for the estimate. It is important that you know that the estimate must be approved by your adjuster BEFORE we can start construction.
Step 2
Once we contract the project as your rebuild contractor, our estimator will take Eric’s report and create an estimate for you. A second inspection will be conducted by the estimator if further documentation is needed through this process.
Step 3
After the estimate is approved, it is our goal to start work utilizing our in house crews within one week. We are a one stop company that will handle all aspects of the construction project. Eric will be your point of contact through the entire process. Timeline will depend on the size of the project and complexity of the scope. This will be explained verbally and outlined in the contract.
